What services don’t we offer? Our Pixlip Go by Clip is held in stock and can be despatched same day if needed. In-house graphic design can give quick turn-around and cost-effective design options to make sure you catch the eye and stand out in a crowded hall.

We offer free stand build training, but if you’d rather go for the VIP service then let out team transport and build the stand for you, even taking your event merchandise and giveaways so you just have to walk in the hall and staff the stand. We can even store your kit between events if space is at a premium for you.

Pretty much as soon as you need it! Hardware is held in stock and despatched same day if needed and every item is held in stock so no need to buy a complete new unit if you lose a part.

For graphics, we generally work to 5-7 working days lead time but can often do things quicker if needed, as it often is! Just call us to ask how quickly we can turn things around for you.

Yes we certainly can. Most of our clients do their own design work but our in-house design team supply templates and artwork specification. For every job we check the artwork is good enough resolution so there are no nasty surprises when the panels are printed and we don’t charge for proofs like many others do.

If you need us to help with the design work then we can do that as well, giving a fresh set of eyes and cost -effective option to make sure you stand out in a crowded hall.

Absolutely. The quality of Pixlip Go by Clip is so high that we offer a lifetime, no questions asked guarantee on all lightbox hardware. The low cost, low quality imitation systems offer a 1 year guarantee at best. We’ll let you decide what that says about the quality of our system vs the competition.

Of course you can. We can send out a 1m wide x 2m high sample unit for you and your team to get to grips with and play around with for up to a week. This is actually the demo option that our client prefer as the system is so easy to set up yourself that you don’t need our team to show you how it’s done and it proves that the system is easy for your own team to set up when you send them to an event.

However, we can also send one of our Pixlip Go team members to come and show you the system in the flesh if you’d prefer. Alternatively, set up videos are online as well as in PDF format so we’ve covered every base for you.

That’s the easy bit! Graphics attach to the lightbox frame in seconds and are really cost effective to buy. Most of our clients will have several different graphic messages for each lightbox so they can have event specific branding for each show.

Many clients also find that once they have a Pixlip Go lightbox, it is so easy to set up and creates such impact that they find many extra uses for it between shows. It ends up being a welcome message in your reception, branding in your Board Room, or a sales backdrop for your next big presentation.
