How do I supply designs for modular exhibition stand?
Our team will design your modular exhibition stand layout to meet your exact brief, although we might need a couple of iterations to get it exactly as you need it!
Once the layout is approved by you, we then send the project to our design studio, who will provide you with a full dimension document so you know exactly what graphic areas you have to play with, as well as what format to supply to artwork in.
When we receive the artwork, we will check it to ensure that images and logos are a high enough resolution, then once it is all approved, we send it to print.
What is the turnaround time for modular exhibition stands?
The general rule of thumb is the sooner the better for any exhibition stand, however, we are only too aware that it doesn’t always work out like that.
A show organiser will generally require stand plans, risk assessments, method statements and other paperwork to be submitted around 6 weeks before the show. If you work back from this, you will need to allow at least 4 – 6 weeks for our team to turn your brief into the final, approved stand design.
Working on this timeline, you should start looking at any exhibition stand around 12 weeks in advance of the show date.
