No, our award-winning structural stand design and professional graphic design services are exclusively included as standard within our comprehensive exhibition stand packages. We don’t believe in selling standalone blueprints or leaving you to format your own artwork; our creative team handles everything from the initial 3D architectural render to the final print-ready file preparation.

What do I need to provide to start the stand design process?

Don’t worry if you don’t have a formal design brief yet! To get started, all we really need is an idea of your chosen venue and floor space dimensions, your main exhibiting goals (e.g., product demos, private meetings, high-volume lead capture), your high-resolution brand guidelines, and a rough budget. Our team will handle the rest, turning those basic parameters into a spectacular custom layout.

Can we use our own internal graphic design team for the artwork?

Absolutely. While we offer an elite, in-house graphic team who specialise explicitly in large-scale exhibition printing, we are more than happy to collaborate with your internal designers. If your team prefers to create the artwork, our design department will supply highly accurate, custom structural templates and technical specifications, and will thoroughly check the files before they go to print.

What is the difference between standard graphic design and exhibition graphic design?

Designing for a giant, backlit 3D structure is vastly different from designing for print media, websites, or brochures. Exhibition graphics have to account for complex sightlines, text height variations (so messages aren’t hidden behind furniture or passing crowds), fabric stretching characteristics, and high-intensity LED backlighting. Our graphic designers are specialists who ensure your files are perfectly optimised for large-format clarity.

Will we see how the stand looks before it goes into production?

Yes, 100%. We provide photorealistic 3D digital renders of your exhibition stand from multiple viewing angles. You will have full approval over every detail before anything moves into our pre-build workshop phase.
